Dit zal je helpen bij het runnen van je foodtruck en je een hoop gedoe besparen.<\/li><li>Idealiter heb je ook enige ervaring in de horeca nodig; veel onervaren mensen raken in de beginfase vaak ontmoedigd.<\/li><li>Het is het beste om geen gebruikte apparatuur te kopen. Tenzij je echt krap bij kas zit, koop altijd nieuwe apparatuur.
