Weten ze bijvoorbeeld niet of een professionele keuken nodig is en of ze daar zelf moeten koken? Hieronder geef ik een aantal suggesties in de hoop dat ze nuttig zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">    Allereerst moet je de lokale regelgeving met betrekking tot foodtrucks in de Filipijnen begrijpen. Sommige staten vereisen alleen een centrale keuken voor bijvoorbeeld waterzuivering. Een gemeenschappelijke keuken wordt tegelijkertijd verhuurd aan meerdere cateraars of koks. Het is een gezamenlijke keuken voor professioneel cateringpersoneel.
