Zoals we in het vorige artikel al zeiden, maken exploitanten van foodtrailers over het algemeen het grootste deel van de winst van het jaar tijdens zomerevenementen. In de koude winter zal de passagiersstroom sterk afnemen als gevolg van factoren zoals temperatuur, sneeuwbedekking, afstand, enz. En klanten zijn niet zo bereid om in de ijskoude lucht op hun eten te wachten. Hoewel veel foodtrailers ervoor kiezen om te sluiten, zijn er enkele manieren om uw foodtrailer tijdens de winter winstgevend te houden. Op basis van gesprekken met een aantal van onze klanten hebben we enkele tips verzameld om uw foodtrailer draaiende en winstgevend te houden in de koudere maanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Zorg ervoor dat uw voedsel aanhangwagen<\/a> functioneert naar behoren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Koude omstandigheden en sneeuwval kunnen ook hun tol eisen van uw foodtrailer, inclusief uw waterleidingen, banden, het interieur van uw trailer en meer. Daarom is het noodzakelijk om enkele aanwijzingen te geven om dit te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het eerste dat u moet doen, is ervoor zorgen dat uw waterleidingen niet bevriezen. Onze spoelbakken zijn allemaal voorzien van verwarming, dus dat is geen probleem. Ten tweede moet u de kwaliteit van uw banden garanderen. Door het hoge gewicht van de foodtrailer glijdt hij heel gemakkelijk uit tijdens het rijden in de sneeuw. Door een airconditioning of verwarming in de auto te installeren, blijft u warm en comfortabel, zelfs in de winterse werkomgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ongeacht sociale media of offline activiteiten, u moet actief blijven. Als een klant jouw updates niet op sociale media ziet, denkt hij dat je vandaag misschien niet open bent. Hoewel offline evenementen in de winter niet zo frequent plaatsvinden als in andere seizoenen, zullen ze ook een bepaald aantal mensen aantrekken. Neem actief deel aan winterevenementen, feesten en vakantiebijeenkomsten en houd enkele evenementen in de buurt in de gaten, waardoor u meer klanten kunt aantrekken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Werk samen met enkele lokale instellingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Voor sommige kantoormedewerkers is het vinden van voedsel in de winter ook erg lastig. U kunt ervoor kiezen om met sommige bedrijven samen te werken om lunch of afternoontea tegen een lagere prijs aan te bieden. Kies verschillende voedingsmiddelen volgens verschillende seizoenen. In de winter zijn warme koffie, warme chocolademelk en warm eten natuurlijk het wachten meer dan waard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Keuze van vestigingsplaats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tijdens de koude wintermaanden kunt u beter een plek voor uw foodtrailer zoeken met meer voetverkeer en de nabijgelegen wegen sneeuwvrij houden, wat het gemakkelijker maakt voor uw klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
