This is a custom-built 18-foot mobile food trailer destined for Kiribati. Every detail—from its exterior appearance, color scheme, and graphics to its overall structural design—has been tailored precisely to the client’s specifications. The trailer features a vibrant, eye-catching deep blue finish.

The client intends to use this trailer to sell fast food—such as hamburgers, fried chicken, and french fries—on the streets of Kiribati. Consequently, it is fully equipped with a gas fryer, oven, refrigerated display case, refrigerator, and various other food preparation appliances. Air conditioning has also been installed at the client’s request; this “all-in-one” kitchen setup means the client requires no additional equipment upon delivery.

The trailer features a box-style structure with a galvanized steel exterior, offering excellent resistance to wind, sun, rain, moisture, rust, and corrosion. The finish remains intact even under intense sunlight or in humid coastal environments, making it ideal for outdoor use. The interior kitchen area is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to grease and stains; it is easy to clean and will maintain a like-new appearance even after twenty years of use.

To meet client requirements, we installed a large service window at the front of the food truck, facilitating convenient ordering and pickup; each window features a retractable awning—a thoughtful design touch.
Additionally, a dedicated staff entrance at the rear allows for easy access and efficient kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth workflow. Balancing aesthetic appeal and brand image with practical operational needs, this vehicle is a customized mobile food truck that seamlessly integrates functionality, practicality, and commercial value.
