This 16.4-foot custom mobile food trailer was successfully shipped to Australia in December 2025. A custom LED-illuminated sign—designed to incorporate the client’s brand identity—is mounted on the roof; this not only ensures high visibility during night-time operations but also boosts brand exposure and attracts more customers.
The front of the truck is equipped with a spacious service window, making it convenient for customers to place and collect orders. Retractable awnings installed above the service window provide effective sun shading and extra protection against rain, further enhancing the customer experience and operational convenience.
Additionally, a dedicated staff entrance at the rear facilitates easy access and kitchen operations, ensuring a more efficient and seamless workflow. Balancing aesthetics and brand presentation with practical operational requirements, this vehicle is a custom mobile food truck that combines functionality, utility, and commercial value.
The car adopts a square box structure, and the outer shell is made of galvanized steel plates, which can effectively resist the erosion of sunlight exposure, air, rain, and moisture, and has excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. The coating is strong and durable and will not peel off even if it is exposed to the sun in hot weather or parked outdoors for a long time in humid coastal areas. The kitchen area in the car is made of stainless steel, which is not only durable, oil-resistant, and easy to clean, but can still maintain a brand-new appearance even after 20 years of use.
