The vehicle features a boxy structure with an exterior shell made of galvanized steel, offering excellent resistance to wind, sun, rain, and moisture, as well as rust and corrosion. The coating remains intact even under intense sunlight or in coastal and humid environments, making it ideal for outdoor parking. The interior kitchen area utilizes stainless steel, which is durable, resistant to oil and grime, and easy to clean; it retains a like-new appearance even after twenty years of use.
This food truck was custom-made to meet the client’s operational needs. A custom LED-illuminated sign—designed to incorporate the client’s brand identity—is mounted on the roof; this not only ensures high visibility during night-time operations but also boosts brand exposure and attracts more customers.
The front of the truck is equipped with a spacious service window, making it convenient for customers to place and collect orders. Retractable awnings installed above the service window provide effective sun shading and extra protection against rain, further enhancing the customer experience and operational convenience. To cater to our customers’ desire for an open kitchen, we specially added a large window at the rear of the vehicle, allowing customers who come to buy food to see the food preparation process.
In addition, a dedicated employee entrance is located at the rear of the vehicle, facilitating employee access and kitchen operations, and ensuring a more efficient and smoother workflow.
