This 16.4-foot customized mobile food truck was custom-built for a client in New Zealand, with the entire exterior appearance, color scheme, graphics, and structure fully designed according to the client’s specific requirements.
The client wanted to sell Italian gelato in New Zealand and promote their own gelato brand using this food truck. Therefore, the truck was painted green as requested and fitted with illuminated signs bearing its unique brand logo.
This food cart features a boxy body structure with an outer layer of galvanized steel, effectively resisting air, rain, and moisture, while also providing rust and corrosion resistance. It offers excellent value for money; the coating is resistant to peeling even when driven in coastal cities or humid areas, making it ideal for outdoor parking. The kitchen interior is made of stainless steel, which is durable, oil-resistant, and easy to clean, maintaining its pristine appearance even after 20 years of use.
Because the client wanted to use this food truck to operate an Italian ice cream business, several high-end ice cream machines were installed inside.
The illuminated sign on the roof not only promotes the client’s ice cream brand, but also allows the business to operate normally even at night without being affected by lighting conditions.
In front of the food trailer, we have made big service windows according to the customer’s requirements. That will be very convenient for guests who come to dine to order and pick up their meals. On the top of each window, we have installed a retractable awning. The awning will protect people from sunshine and rain, which is a thoughtful design. At the rear of this food truck, there is a door for staff to enter and exit.
