This 29.5-foot customized Galvanized steel mobile food truck was custom-built for a client in Canada, with the entire exterior appearance, color scheme, graphics, and structure fully designed according to the client’s specific requirements.

This is a food truck specifically designed for selling ice cream. From its size and exterior stickers to its signage and design, everything was customized to the client’s specifications, resulting in a striking and attractive appearance that perfectly matches the ice cream brand the client wanted to promote. The exterior is made of galvanized steel, effectively protecting against air, rain, and moisture, and is rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Even when operating near the sea or in humid areas, the truck won’t easily peel, making it ideal for outdoor parking. The kitchen interior is made of stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable, oil-resistant, easy to clean, and will look brand new even after 20 years of use.
Since the client wanted to use this food truck to sell ice cream and build an ice cream brand, the interior is equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, ice cream machine, freezer, and other kitchen facilities. Air conditioning is also installed to cope with the hot summer weather.

To better promote the client’s ice cream brand and support nighttime operations, illuminated signs and LED light strips were installed above the rear of the food truck, ensuring clear visibility even in low-light conditions. This also enhances brand awareness.

In front of the food trailer, we have made big service windows according to the customer’s requirements. That will be very convenient for guests who come to dine to order and pick up their meals. On the top of each window, we have installed a retractable awning. The awning will protect people from sunshine and rain, which is a thoughtful design. At the rear of this food truck, there is a door for staff to enter and exit.
