This 13.2-foot customized mobile food truck was custom-built for a client in the USA, with the entire exterior appearance, color scheme, graphics, and structure fully designed according to the client’s specific requirements.
The customer plans to use this food truck to sell burgers, French fries, pizza, and other fast food on the streets of the United States. Therefore, according to the customer’s requirements, the car body adopts a burger-themed sticker pattern, and a menu is set directly in front of the food truck to facilitate customers who come to purchase to view the menu.
The car adopts a square box structure, and the outer shell is made of galvanized steel plates, which can effectively resist the erosion of sunlight exposure, air, rain, and moisture, and has excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. The coating is strong and durable and will not peel off even if it is exposed to the sun in hot weather or parked outdoors for a long time in humid coastal areas. The kitchen area in the car is made of stainless steel, which is not only durable, oil-resistant, and easy to clean, but can still maintain a brand-new appearance even after 20 years of use.

In front of the food trailer, we made a large service window according to the customer’s request. This will be very convenient for guests who come to dine in and pick up their meals. On top of each window, we installed a retractable awning. The awning can protect people from the sun and rain, which is a thoughtful design. In order to better promote the client’s burger catering brand and support evening operations, we specially installed LED light signs above the dining car. This will be very convenient for customers to run food businesses and promote their own burger brands at night.
